Quick Troubleshooting

• Restart your router — unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
• Check that all fiber and Ethernet cables are firmly connected at both ends.
• Check the lights on your ONT/router — if the "PON" or "internet" light is off or red, there may be a fiber-side issue; call support.
• If only one device is affected, try reconnecting it to Wi-Fi or restarting that device.
• Still stuck? Call our support line — we'll walk you through it or schedule a technician visit.
